We produced a “Chopped”-style event and interview with Food Network celebrity and executive chef Marc Murphy for a feature story in the Shawangunk Wine Trail special edition of Hudson Valley Wine Magazine. Local producers, farmers, and winemakers were invited to the photo shoot which featured Murphy and his team as they prepared (and enjoyed) a Hudson Valley feast paired with the Trail’s wines.
